  • Medicinal Uses:

    • The fusion of leaves and the fruit juices of Ixora coccinea is used to care for dysentery, ulcers and gonorrhoea.

    • Menstrual irregularities, sprains, bronchitis fever, sores, chronic ulcers, scabies, and skin diseases are also treated with this plant.

    • In the Ayurvedic system of medicine, the flowers are used to treat leucorrhoea, dysentery, dysmenorrhoea, haemoptysis and hypertension.
